We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

To start a return, email us at info@glittersforher.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? We’re so sorry!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll fix it ASAP—with a replacement or full refund.
